Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy Director of Operations -
Munitions Response.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing operational processes and ensuring efficient
resource allocation
Oversee daily operations and collaborate with departments to
achieve organizational goals
Lead and mentor operational staff while ensuring compliance with
regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Physical
Science, or related field
Minimum eight (8) years' experience in project/program/operations
management
Minimum eight (8) years' experience in military munitions response
or related fields
Qualified Senior UXO Supervisor (SUXOS) as per Department of
Defense standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management
software
