Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Enablement Manager to
support Field Enablement for the Americas Emerging Business
Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-develop a comprehensive Field Engineering enablement strategy
with cross-functional leaders and sales teams
Ensure Field Engineering teams are proficient in product knowledge
and technical enablement
Work with various teams to create high-quality materials and
programs that drive measurable results
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales or technical
enablement roles
Experience delivering large-scale training solutions targeted at a
technical audience
Understanding of technical platform-as-a-service sales and delivery
processes
Proficiency in foundational Data/AI concepts and the Lakehouse
Architecture
Experience in creating complex proofs-of-concept and technical
solutions
