As a reputable organization committed to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team as a Medical Director. Join Our Team The Medical Director will provide psychiatric leadership across various levels of care, from Detox and Residential treatment to Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs, including virtual services. This role is 50% clinical in Maine and 50% administrative, with oversight of programs in New Hampshire. Conduct clinical duties, including patient evaluations, chart reviews, patient calls, and sign-offs. Lead the development and implementation of medical protocols for detox and addiction treatment programs. Collaborate with the executive team to identify and implement clinical process improvements. Ensure regulatory compliance across all treatment programs in Maine and New Hampshire. Collaborate with FL Medical Director to ensure regulatory compliance and sharing of best practices. Participate in program audits and ensure quality standards are maintained. Engage with stakeholders, including clinical staff, patients, and families, to ensure high-quality care and communication.
