SENIOR ENGINEER (PE)

PRECAST, PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE



Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a Senior Engineer to work for a growing organization in Pittsfield, MA. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will aspire to a Chief Structural Engineer position and possess the following:



Requirements:

Professional Engineer Certification REQUIRED.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, MS degree a plus.
10+ years of increasing responsibility in a precast-pre-stressed engineering environment. Ideally experience with building/parking garage design.
Experience managing and directing teams/employees and mentoring engineering personnel.
Familiar with IBC building codes, PCI and ACI design requirements.
Limited travel to job sites (approximately 1-4x/mo)
Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT or other 3D modeling programs.



Salary Range

$165k - $195k + Annual Bonus
