Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Support Associate to assist
regional sales teams and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Gain expert understanding of corporate systems and support sales
teams with quoting and contracts
Monitor and address customer cases in incident management systems
and ensure accuracy of quotes and orders
Assist in training new sales employees and identify opportunities
for process improvement
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a sales support or complex administrative
support role
2+ years of experience with CRM, Billing, and/or Contract
Management systems
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows-based
applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with
tight deadlines
Experience in driving process improvement and managing multiple
transactions
