Job Description Please note this position supports our Second Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the Second Shift from 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM - 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. We are seeking an experience test technician for our first shift manufacturing team. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your technical skills in functional and environmental testing. You will work in a test manufacturing team that supports critical mission capabilities.Key Roles, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Follows complex test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine standard tests which required reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using simple test stand setups
• Assists in complex tests involving the simultaneous use of a wide variety of standard test equipment.
• Determines quality of equipment being tested by checking rest results against specific test procedures and data sheets.
• Performs troubleshooting activities, sub-assemblies to component level, diagnoses minor deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
