Job Description:

A company is looking for a Consulting Partner in the BFSI/HLS/RCG domain.

Key Responsibilities

Establish credentials as a trusted advisor with customer stakeholders
Ideate with customers to create innovative proposals addressing business problems
Drive consulting marketing agenda and evaluate market needs to propose new consulting capabilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering (preferably) or a Master's/MBA
Minimum 12+ years of work experience in a consulting role
Experience as a Sr. Manager/Director in a reputable consulting firm
Proven track record of client satisfaction through consultative work
Experience in building and mentoring a consulting team
