Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Unit Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the business unit,
including events and digital media platforms
Lead the ideation and development of new event formats and
educational offerings tailored to the audience
Oversee the planning and execution of all events and digital media
initiatives within the therapeutic area
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related
field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in
healthcare media or event management
Proven track record in product innovation and development,
particularly in events and digital media
Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the specific
therapeutic area of the business unit
Strong strategic thinking and operational management skills
