Essentials Duties & Responsibilities: - Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods. - Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system. Candidate Requirements: - Proven outside sales experience is required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process. - Willingness to travel within the designated territory. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. - High school diploma or equivalent. -Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check. ** PROTOCALL COMMUNICATIONS IS OFFERING A $500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY!!** Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $39,000 - $100,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
