Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM - Time & Labor and
Absence Management Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor
and Absence Management modules
Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud system based on business
requirements and ensure compliance with legal standards
Develop and execute test plans, provide training, and offer ongoing
support post-implementation
Required Qualifications
Over eleven years of IT experience, with at least three years in
Oracle Cloud HCM - Time & Labor and Absence Management
Proven hands-on experience in developing solutions using Oracle
Cloud HCM modules
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM - Time & Labor and Absence
Management functionalities
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent, or
three years of relevant work experience
Relevant Oracle certifications and public sector experience are
preferred
