Description: Customer Service Operator (CSO)Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager Reporting Staff: NoneAlternate in Case of Absence: Warehouse Operations Manager / Other CSO'sResponsibilities:-- Processes day to day order entry from multiple customers-- Process the inbound/outbound paperwork-- Verify all billing charges per assigned accounts-- Assist Warehouse Associates with inventory compliance during the order fulfillment-- Maintain direct contact with Depositor/Bailor Suppliers-- Knowledge of CAPA System and manages Customer Complaints & Quality-- Report Food Safety and Quality issues problems to the appropriate person when identified.Requirements:PI912211976694-25660-36569783
