        • Unit Specific Information
        • Type of Patients on Unit: Respiratory, Medical Telemetry, some surgical, sepsis, DKA, Altered Mental Status, Failure to Thrive, Respiratory Failure, and most any acute on chronic medical condition.

          • Additional Details
          • Pay period 7 = 1.01% productive compared to Grid Year to Date = 99% productive compared to Grid
          • Bean 5 has; 0.9 FTE on nights going per diem
          • 1.8 FTE on nights transferring or resigning
          • 2.7 FTE's from night shift transferring to day shift related to open positions
          • 1.8 FTE's on night going out on LOA for 12 weeks
          • All of the above FTE's are counted in our vacancy rate of 11.40 FTE's, except for the LOA's
          • The two RN requisitions placed will keep Bean 5 at 10.2 FTE's for night shift, still below our vacancy rate.
