Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to
oversee operational and financial activities of multiple properties
remotely in California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations and address their needs promptly,
escalating issues as necessary
Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives
are met and preparing necessary reports
Develop and control budgets, monitor maintenance work orders, and
ensure timely completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience;
equivalent experience and education considered
Real Estate License required
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
Leadership skills to motivate teams and manage performance
effectively
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive
mindset
