Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Vice President of Product
and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product and engineering strategy aligned with
company goals
Lead and mentor product and engineering teams to foster innovation
and collaboration
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support growth and
operational excellence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in product
management and engineering, with at least 5 years in an executive
role
Strong background in software development, agile methodologies, and
modern engineering practices
Experience managing large, cross-functional teams in a high-growth
environment
Demonstrated success in scaling product and engineering
organizations and delivering complex products
