Overview We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior
Executive Assistant to provide consistent, high-level general
administrative support to our Chief Human Resource Officer and our
SVP, Global Total Rewards and HR Technology. This individual will
be responsible for acting as a professional liaison with internal
executives and leaders and high-level external contacts. The
successful candidate will have strong Microsoft office skills and
will excel in project management, communication and creative
problem solving. The successful candidate will be distinguished by
their ability to organize work, establish priorities, and meet
individual and team goals. It is expected that the Senior Executive
Assistant will be a highly effective collaborator and communicator.
A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and
demonstrate a proven track record of working with executive
leadershipThis role is hybrid and must be in our Cambridge offices
2+ days a week.Key Responsibilities
- Manage extremely active calendar for CHRO including scheduling
internal and external meetings, and maintain strong collaboration
with administrative peers to proactively address conflicts in
scheduling.
- Provide secondary support for SVP, Total Rewards & HR
Technology.
- Responsible for leading the coordination of the HRLT, Global HR
meetings, and Global HR offsite in partnership with the Chief of
Staff. Will assist in the coordination of other events as
needed.
- Arrange travel, including air, hotel & transportation as well
as occasional work-related events, large meetings.
- Coordinate meetings for the People, Culture and Compensation
committee meetings and assist in preparation of committee
materials.
- Manage and prioritize internal and external communications
including: emails, arrangement of conference calls and Zoom
meetings, preparation of agendas and other communication materials
for internal and external use.
- Appropriately and discreetly manage information of a highly
confidential and critical nature.
- Provide additional support as needed for broader Human
Resources department including travel, calendaring, scheduling
ad-hoc meetings and coordinating guests
- Act as integral member of Company's Executive Assistant team:
participate in team meetings, initiatives and cooperate on
coverage.Qualifications
- College degree preferred with a minimum of 10+years related
experience required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
with keen attention to accuracy and grammar.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office applications including MS
PowerPoint, Excel and Word required.
- Prior work experience in a life sciences company and/or HR team
is desirable.
