Senior Director, Respiratory Care & ECMOBoston Children's HospitalBoston, MassachusettsKirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Boston Children's Hospital to conduct a search for their next Senior Director, Respiratory Care and ECMO.The Senior Director, Respiratory Care & ECMO, oversees all clinical, administrative, and educational operations of the Respiratory Therapy and Mechanical Circulatory Support department, ensuring adherence to current standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role also develops quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives and fosters a collaborative environment that supports clinical excellence, professional growth, and innovation.The Senior Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing respiratory therapy and mechanical life support services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
