Job Description:

The Opportunity GBS Change Management & Readiness Manager will spearhead the change management efforts for our Global Business Services transformation, one of the most significant transition initiatives in the company's history as well as for the organization long term. This highly visible and impactful role will be responsible for crafting and executing change management strategies and readiness plans that ensure maximum employee adoption and usage of the required changes. This role will be responsible for developing, executing and influencing strategies to build and increase buy-in and executive/senior leadership support for change. This leader will apply expert knowledge and a variety of change management concepts, practices and procedures. Manage change with confidence and cultivate a network throughout the organization to garner support.
Guide GBS leadership on change and communications to facilitate business transformation.
Provide leadership, advice and training to less experienced change and readiness agents.--


The GBS team is responsible for developing, managing and governing MassMutual's 3rd party labor strategy and any transformation efforts related to 3rd party labor. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are in the building phase of developing a set of capabilities, processes and tools to ensure 3rd party labor supports our GBS and MassMutual strategies. Additionally, this role is responsible for Supply/Demand planning for our GBS entity including capacity and resource management. This role will be responsible for implementing the demand, capacity and resource management processes across the GBS while partnering with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and the business. This role will drive an integrated variable labor strategy for MassMutual that will support leaders in making long-term decisions which will result in a cost effective, high quality and integrated workforce that enables our business.--


Strategic Change Management: Develop and implement high-level change management strategies. Utilize advanced change management processes and tools to create a comprehensive strategy that supports the adoption of changes required by the project in alignment with the MassMutual culture.--
Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with GBS leadership and stakeholders outside of GBS to ensure alignment and buy-in for the change initiatives. This includes working with the communications team to craft clear and compelling messages, managing communication channels, and ensuring timely dissemination of information.--
Training and Development: Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes. Provide ongoing support to employees during the transition.--
Performance Monitoring: Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness in change and communications practices.--


Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
-8+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects


Advanced degree, preferably Masters degree or MBA
Experience in the financial services industry and prior exposure to Global Business Services
Strong leadership and project management skills
Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools--
