Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Director (Southeast) to lead
their sales team and drive growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage top sales talent to achieve sales quotas and
targets
Oversee the performance of Account Executives and track key
performance indicators
Develop and implement strategies for regional pipeline growth and
collaborate with other teams to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of managerial and leadership experience in SaaS sales
teams
8+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales for global
organizations
Proven negotiation skills with experience in Mid-Market/Enterprise
clients
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
Experience with HR-tech products
