Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Development Officer who will
lead fundraising strategies and build partnerships to enhance
visibility and financial resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned
with the organization's goals
Collaborate with fundraising teams to support strategies and engage
regional Executive Directors
Expand and diversify the donor base while managing significant
supporter portfolios
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
15+ years of executive-level fundraising experience in a nonprofit
organization
Experience with diverse regional development contexts and
distributed staffing models
Understanding of education and youth development in the U.S
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
Knowledge of donor database management, preferably Salesforce
CRM
