      About the Role The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis. This strategic leader will be responsible for driving the long-term financial plan, partnering with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business growth objectives, and managing key investor relations. The role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in team building and sustainable financial operations, particularly in the areas of core financial planning and analysis, business analytics, pricing, and corporate strategy. The SVP will also play a pivotal role in fostering a data-driven culture, guiding financial decisions, and ensuring that capital deployment is in line with the company's strategic goals.Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 15-18 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and operations. A proven track record in a senior financial leadership position within a technology, product-focused, or healthcare company is essential, with a preference for those with experience in value-based care. The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical thinker, a self-motivated leader, and an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Responsibilities also include overseeing business analytics, deal pricing, and leading the FP&A function, so a deep understanding of corporate finance, financial strategy, and capital investment is required.
