in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work
onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be
performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on
location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the
time.Responsibilities may include -
- Support production, with troubleshooting and debug of
electro-mechanical assemblies, working directly with technicians
and design engineering personnel.
- Support systems engineering with debug and evaluation of system
returns.
- Provides technical advice and assistance to engineers in the
development or modification of electronic assemblies and
sub-assemblies in the MW factory.
- Develop process improvements in all work cells of the
manufacturing factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.
- Manually debug complex microwave assemblies and sub-assemblies
in support of production and engineering prototyping
efforts.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working with electrical and electro-mechanical and
basic electronics. Candidate should be familiar with test
equipment, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, spectrum analyzers, network
analyzers and signal generators
- Familiarity with test equipment and calibration process
- Proficient utilizing modern programming languages (e.g.
C++)
- Exhibit sound interpersonal skills interfacing with company
personnel at all levels, customers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and be effective in a fast paced
environmentPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical
engineeringCurrently active secret security clearanceAt least 4
years test engineering, troubleshooting and debugging experience on
electromechanical assemblies
- Testing experience with automated and manual bench test
stands.
- RF, digital and analog test experience.
- Experience working within a DoD environment.Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
