We thrive on the philosophy of 'fail-fast-fail-early,' which drives us to find ingenious solutions to complex challenges.Join us, and help shape the future of travel!The RoleIn this role you'll be responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports SilverRail's global expansion. You will provide reliable solution design and implementation across our technical operations, including core production applications, engineering & UAT systems, cloud, and our public and private services.Key Responsibilities

• Work and collaborate in a global platform engineering team to implement and promote an industry best practice platform for all SilverRail services.
• Work closely with software and test engineers to design and implement meaningful solutions.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems with our internal and external facing cloud-based platforms and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support product teams in onboarding and operation of platform, including on-call roster.Required Competence and Skills
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Culture where people of different disciplines collaborate daily.
• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, AWS required.
• IaC experience, Terraform preferred.
• Linux servers, troubleshooting, and containerization required - ideally Docker, Debian/Ubuntu, Alpine or similar.
• Knowledge of a modern CI/CD system - GitLab preferred.
• Some experience in one or more programming/scripting languages - Shell/Bash, Python, GoLang.
• Experience with Azure, Jira, Confluence, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, or Artifactory helpful.
• Knowledge of DNS, TLS, and networking beneficial.
• Ability to communicate concepts and technical solutions to a range of people with varying technical experience/proficiency.Who you are
