Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Video Gaming
Product Support) to simplify complex technical information into
clear documentation for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements to define and author comprehensive
functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with Player Support product teams to establish
wireframes and mock-up solutions for UI/UX initiatives
Assist in managing the entire lifecycle of a product from
conception to release
Required Qualifications
3-4+ years of experience writing functional and technical
requirements for software products
Proficient in writing documentation for business and technical
workflows
Background in computer science, data science, or other technical
degrees is a plus
Experience with third-party services, APIs, and content management
systems
Familiarity with Agile software product development is
preferred
